The idea of Dayspring Dairy was born while Greg and Ana Kelly had professional careers. They felt led to do something different with their day to day lives. After visiting a sheep dairy in Tennessee in 2010, they say they knew right away that it's where God was leading them.
Greg and Ana left their big city life and jobs in 2011 to begin their family farm. With a sucessful background in food styling and recipe developing for top media companies, Ana Kelly is the head cheese-maker and culinary mastermind at the family farm.
Dayspring Dairy is Alabama's first and only sheep dairy. The Kelly's are proud to be the state's only makers of farmstead sheep milk cheeses!
