Columbiana, Alabama

Jim Suttle moved home to Shelby County after retirement in 2006. Returning to the family farm, Jim began planting blueberries - and hasn't stopped! Jim found that he loved growing organic fruits and vegetables and had fun selling them at local farmers markets. Jim also enjoys raising blackberries and strawberries, plus Christmas trees! Mountain Meadows Farm is a u-pick farm, which means it's open to the community and you pick it yourself. Jim welcomes visitors, especially families with children, to enjoy his beautiful farm and pick as many berries as you can carry!
