Farm history

The Burnette Farm, originally Williams Farm (Mike's mother), began in 1940 with collards and sweet potatoes. Over the years, peaches, tomatoes, and other seasonal vegetables were added in order to meet the supply and demands of today's market.

Triple 13, Calcium Nitrate, Phosphate Potash, Ammonium Nitrate and 20-20-20.

Water Use

Well water is available to approximately 100 acres.

Weed Control

Hand weeding, chemical and mechanical cultivation is used.
