32 acres in the Grandview community of Cullman County, about 50 miles from Pepper Place Saturday Market.

People

Mr. Lawrence Calvert, a neighbor lady and one other farm worker do all the work on the farm.

Certification

Mr. Calvert keeps pesticide use to a minimum.

Farm history

Mr. Calvert started farming on his site in 1970. He says he enjoys the work and the two folks who work alongside him each day. His favorite part of the job is coming to the farmers market at Pepper Place and having his daughters and grandchildren help him in his tent.

City water is used because of the poor quality of well water.
