Chef Bob is a Birmingham native and 4th generation cook and baker. Chef Bob is a regular guest chef on the local Fox affiliate, WBRC FOX6, every Tuesday for the past 15 years. Chef Bob is the president, cook and dishwasher of ChefBob.com, Inc. a catering food service company. Chef Bob is the creator of Fit2Eat, a portion controlled, upscale, prepared food for meal replacements. Chef Bob and his family has altogether lost over 350 pounds by just eating more vegetables! Chef Bob has recently partened with a local, organic farm for exclusive growing for his company.
