Ivory LeShore III, a native of Mobile, Alabama, grew up in a traditional household with one brother, where they were raised by both parents. In 1990, after graduating high school, Ivory moved to Birmingham, Alabama to attend college. While attending college, Ivory started working with Bruno's Grocery Corporation in the deli. This job proved to be common place for him, since he was also engaged in food service preparation during his high school years.
In addition to working with Bruno's, Ivory has also worked closed with local Chef Franklin Biggs at Homewood Gourmet.

Fast forward to 2010 and after much thought and consideration, Ivory decided to suspend his full service catering business due to competing demands! Ivory has been featured in local magazines and has made multiple appearances in local news outlets. Business continues to grow as well as his dessert menu varieties with both bread puddings and cheesecakes.
