Thula's Homemade Vinaigrette and Marinade is a true Alabama-made product. The recipe was passed down from Thula's grandmother. The 150 year old recipe is used in making both of Thula's vinaigrettes - one is made with cider vinegar and the other is made with balsamic vinegar. It is a salad dressing that is perfect to use on tossed salads, citrus salads, pasta salads, fresh tomatoes, avocados, or freshly cooked asparagus. The vinaigrette may also be used as a marinade for fish, poultry or pork.
