Farm history

Tim and Renee Carruth have been growing a variety of peppers and tomatoes since 1996; however, it took only one season of growing one too many tomatoes to spark their idea of creating homemade salsa! The two also take pride in the love for their dog, Pepper. So when it came time to give their business a name, it seemed only fitting for it to be known as, "Pepper's Garden".
