Chef Scott Cohen
Chef Scott Cohen brings over 15 years of experience to the Bottega family where he now resides as Café Chef de Cuisine. His first stint at Bottega began in 1998 and continued through 2005, although his culinary career began five years earlier at Arman’s at Park Lane. Cohen left Bottega in 2005 to assist in the opening of the Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort restaurant--he participated in the design and layout of the kitchen, while also helping to develop the menu and supervise staff training. In 2008, his culinary journey took him to Nashville, where he served as the Chef de Cuisine of Miro District Food and Drink. In 2009, Cohen then brought his excellent experience and wonderful culinary knowledge back to Birmingham and the Bottega family. He continues to foster new talent as he leads the kitchen of the bustling Café.
