2026 SEASON INFO
Thank you for your interest in selling at Pepper Place Farmers Market.
We’re full for the 2026 season and currently not accepting applications for this season.
Applications are not approved by who applies first.
Instead, all eligible applications are submitted to the Market Jury for consideration with samples submissions made by the applicant.
The jury begins reviewing applications October 1, 2026 after the application closes. Applicants will be notified of their status. More details and deadlines will be provided in the application on September 1, 2026.

Registration for the 2027 market season is open September 1 – September 30 at 12:00 pm
A $25.00 non-refundable fee is required to submit the application. As a 501c3 nonprofit, this fee helps cover our admin costs.
To apply, you’ll need to update your existing profile, or create a free account at ManageMyMarket.com
Read the Vendor Handbook for policies and vendor expectations before applying. Vendor fees are included in the handbook.
We’re currently at full capacity for certain items. We will not be accepting applications for these vendor types:
- Growers (fruits, micro-greens, veggies, mushrooms)
- Dairy farmers
- Beekeepers
- Seafood producers
- Ranchers
- Flower growers
- Coffee companies
- Bakery items (brownies, bread pudding, bread, pastries, and cakes/cookies)
- Soaps and Bath Products
- Candles
- We do not accept nonprofits as vendors. Instead, nonprofits are encouraged to email us for market guest opportunities!
